MoonTree Studios Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration

Beginners are welcome for most MoonTree Studios experiences, but studio space is limited and some facilitators travel from afar. You must register in advance. Participants are not registered for any experience until full registration fee is paid. Register and pay by credit card on this site for individual experiences, or call MoonTree Studios at 574-935-1712 for more information or to register with your credit card for any experience. Remember, we add experiences to the MoonTree Studios calendar throughout the year, so be sure to check back on this website for the most up-to-date information on MoonTree experiences!

Experience Cancellations

MoonTree Studios will conduct experiences for which a minimum number of participants are registered. If MoonTree must cancel an experience, a full refund will be given to registered participants. MoonTree Studios is not responsible for non-refundable travel in any circumstance. Participant cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax (574-935-1701), or email (moontree@poorhandmaids.org.) No phone calls, please. Because of registration costs, facilitator contracts, material acquisitions, and housing/studio arrangements, MoonTree is required to charge cancellation fees to participants who change their plans. A cancellation fee of 50% of the experience price will be charged on cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the start of the experience. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the beginning of the workshop receive no refund.
